Equine Farm Management, Inc., (EFM) was incorporated in 1995 when Ron Wallace, MS, began offering farm management consulting to new, busy, and/or absentee horse farm owners across the United States and around the world.  With more than 30 years of successful, hands-on experience in planning and operating a variety of farms as the day-to-day manager or overseer, Ron understands what is needed to build, rebuild, or manage a current horse operation to make it attractive, streamlined, horse-friendly, and profitable.
